Pricing Overview
- All tour prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
- Based on double occupancy (two guests sharing a room).
- Single room options are available upon request.
- Prices may be adjusted due to changes in exchange rates, taxes, or supplier costs.

- Detailed travel documents and pre-departure guidance.
Important Note
During peak seasons, holidays, or special events, some hotels may require minimum stays or apply additional surcharges. However, we will always inform you in advance.
2. What’s Not Included
For full transparency, the following are not included unless specifically mentioned. Therefore, we recommend reviewing your itinerary carefully.
- International airfare and Visa fees.
- Travel insurance (strongly recommended).
- Airport departure taxes.
- Excess baggage charges.
- Gratuities (tips for guides and drivers).
- Personal expenses (laundry, shopping, beverages, etc.).
- Optional tours or services not listed in your itinerary.
3. Deposits & Payments
Pricing Overview
A deposit of USD 1,250 per person is required to confirm your trip.
Payment Schedule
- Full payment is due 90 days before your journey begins.
- Bookings made within 90 days require full payment at the time of confirmation.
Payment Methods
We accept: Bank /Wire transfer.
- Cards:- Visa/Master card, and American Express.
- Cash:-US$, Euro, British Pound.
Please note: All bookings and payments are non-transferable.
For certain destinations or peak travel periods, additional deposit requirements may apply. We will inform you clearly in advance.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Therefore, our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and fair.
- Please submit all cancellations in writing.
- We calculate the cancellation date based on when we receive your request.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
Refund Structure
- 61–90 days before departure → 75% refund
- 46–60 days before departure → 50% refund
- 45 days or less → No refund
Please Note:
- Supplier cancellation fees (hotels, airlines, etc.) may apply in addition.
- Changes to travel dates or destinations are treated as cancellations
5. Visas & Passports
We will guide you through visa requirements once your trip is confirmed.
- Ensure your passport remains valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date.
- You may need blank visa pages, depending on destinations.
- Guests must ensure all travel documents are valid.
6. Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended)
For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. In particular, this should include coverage for the following:
- Trip cancellation & interruption
- Travel delays
- Medical and emergency evacuation coverage
- Baggage protection

Final Travel Documents
Once full payment is received, your final travel documents will be sent approximately 2 weeks before your departure, ensuring you are fully prepared for your journey.
